This is your first step. You’ll learn what it really means to be a Big, how our programs work, and what support you can expect along the way. No pressure — just information and space to ask questions.

If it feels like a good fit, you’ll complete an application so we can get to know you better — your interests, availability, and what kind of match might work best.
Apply now -
We’ll meet with you one-on-one, complete background checks, and walk through references. This helps us create safe, strong matches and sets everyone up for success.

Once approved, we’ll match you with a Little based on shared interests, personality, and location. You’ll receive training and ongoing support from our staff before and after you’re matched.

You’ll begin spending time with your Little — building a relationship through everyday moments, with professional support from our team every step of the way.

You’re never doing this alone. Our staff stays connected with you, your Little, and their family to make sure the match stays strong, supported, and meaningful.

Being a Big means spending a little time each month doing everyday things — talking, listening, encouraging — and letting a relationship grow. Those small moments add up to something big.
